  1. Responsibilities: 1. Primary responsibilities is to convert and execute every opportunity became business outcome for Klinik Pintar IDI 2. As an executive administrator for the company especially the CEO to prepare all business material that needed such as, meeting agendas, data, MoM and ect. Key Duties: 1. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients that come from every channel of Klinik Pintar such as Website, corporate email, social media etc. 2. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives 3. Conduct research to identify new markets suitable for Klinik Pintar business including but not limited to new investment, new business prospects etc. 4. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 5. Prepare business contracts (NDA, MoU or Agreement) ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 6. Create meetings timelines, prepare and distribute meeting notification, correspondence, agenda and materials, as well as subsequent updates or changes 7. Prepare, create and maintain business presentation, MoM, mailing list and ect which need for business 8. Establish excellent working relationship with the CEO, other C-Level, and members/leaders in verbal, written, and electronic correspondence 9. As a liaison of board for every business inquiries Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role for minimum 3 years 2. Communication and negotiation skills 3. Experience in work with board of director or high level role is a plus 4. Proven Experience in business analysis including gather and or produce business growth and financial matrix. 5. Good in handling administration thingy 6. Proficiency in English both verbal and written 7. Technology driven to achieve work efficiency
