Apply for Senior Teritory Sales

  1. Responsibilities: 1. Review the KP Partner program and sales support strategy to focus on driving value and growth for both Klinik Pintar and its partners. 2. Ensure Klinik Pintar staff understand the requirements and benefits of the KP Partner program, and how to work with KP Partner’s for mutual benefit. 3. Influence partner sales and market access teams to be fully engaged in support of the KP Partner programs. 4. Collaborate with Klinik Pintar and Partner staff to define partnership success metrics. 5. Quarterly review the partner performance 6. Work with internal resources to define and implement partner competency programs to support growth. 7. Work with internal/external stakeholders to ensure partner strategies are being documented and implemented. 8. Develop a clear strategy in conjunction with market access lead and Klinik Pintar authorized distribution network to ensure the integrity of supply chain and channels to market for Klinik Pintar Service. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business 9. Conduct, other Klinik Pintar policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography. 10. Any other relevant duties as assigned by immediate Manager. Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Degree in Business / Marketing / or related discipline. 2. Minimum of 2 years selling experience 3. Knowledge of CRM, expert in Spreadsheet/excel, Sales process 4. High attention to detail.
