Requirements: 1. Act as a primary driver for Klinik Pintar business within a territory of Named Accounts in Enterprise and Conglomerate. 2. Solution selling to existing customer base and new prospects. 3. Maintain accurate Forecasting and account/opportunity detail in CRM. 4. Need to be a high-energy, motivated self-starter. 5. Responsible for developing the executive relationship with account HR Head and C-Level in the assigned accounts 6. Develop and execute a short, medium and long-term account plan for assigned territory 7. Meet and exceed individual targets. 8. Consultative approach by identifying specific customer requirement with value selling proposition 9. Prepare and give account review to stakeholder Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Degree in Business / Marketing / or related discipline. 2. Minimum of 3 years direct selling experience in insurance and dealing with HR in various industries 3. Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal / external management. 4. Background in exceeding the assigned target. 5. Strong knowledge of consultative sales that gets results
