   Responsibilities: 1. Lead center and regional clinic operation team(s) in scope of clinic operations and services, for all clinic partners across Indonesia Establish an lead the implementation of right processes and practices in clinic operations and services Key Duties: Lead, manage and oversee daily operations and services in clinic partners Ensure all clinic operations and services are smooth and in line with policies, procedures laws and regulations Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic operational and services quality in accordance to laws and regulations Establish policies and procedures that support high-quality healthcare service, in partnership with other related structures Lead and ensure onboarding activities are smooth during go-live process Build and manage sustainable working relationship and collaboration with potential and established clinic owners/management/healthcare providers Mitigate and optimally manage operational risk, resolve operational problems Lead conflict resolutions in clinic services and operations, in collaboration with medical comite teams if needed Requirement & Qualifications: Min. bachelor's degree in medical doctor Min. 3 years of experience as operation manager in clinic/hospital Experienced in managing clinics/hospital in multiple location Great knowledge of clinic/hospital operation management and Indonesian Hospital government regulation Strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work together with various departments Fluent in english is a must
