   Key Duties: 1. Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and deepen existing client relationships 2. Identify and research potential clients 3. Develop plans to support business strategies that are adaptable to changing market conditions, new business opportunities or cost reduction strategies. 4. Translate strategies into operational plans with aligned objectives, measures, and deliverables 5. Provide insight, robust analysis and recommendations for decisions regarding business development challenges 6. Build business development pipelines by engaging with key prospects and partners. 7. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines 8. Handle all necessary documents relating to the deal (including legal & financial documents) 9. Create and Negotiate contract terms with clients Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Male, domicile in Jakarta and able to mobile 2. 2 years of experience in Business Development and/or Supply Chain, all majors are welcome to apply 3. Extensive knowledge in Legal for Business Development (to contracts, NDA) 4. Experience in B2B and/or Healthcare is a plus 5. Able to operate sales monitoring tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) and Microsoft Office 6. Strong people management skills, with a collaborative mindset 7. Strong negotiation skills 8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities 9. Fluent in English 10. Willing to be placed in Jakarta
