   Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to ensure technical process and coordination cross-division is going smooth and delivered as expected 2. Be a mentor and coach for subordinate start from technical issue/problem and also non technical such as (OKR review, 1:1, etc) Key Duties: 1. Mentor and Coach division member 2. Improve division member skills (at least 1 new/experimental skill) 3. Conducting periodic 1:1 with team member 4. Introduce TDD culture to the team 5. Propose and introduce other tech-related culture 6. Distribute, monitor and deliver tasks 7. Coordinate with the Product & Operations team to distribute tasks for each team member. 8. Make sure that each sprint delivers value to stakeholders. 9. Monitor and deploy features to production every sprint. 10. Analyze and document requirements for each sprint planning & retrospective 11. Be responsible for Tech-Support tasks related Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Lead Engineer or similar leadership role 2. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy 3. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Leadership and organizational abilities 6. Strategic thinking 7. Problem-solving and can do attitude 8. Minimum 4 years experience using Laravel and 3 years using NodeJS BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
