   Responsibilities: 1. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions 2. Design client-side and server-side architecture 3. Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into reusable front-end code 4. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design 5. Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications 6. Design and develop effective APIs 7. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency 8. Write technical documentation (e.g. API documentation, business process feature flow) 9. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software 10. Create security and data protection settings 11. Work alongside UI/UX designers for app design features. 12. Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software Key Duties: 1. Mentor and Coach division member 2. Improve division member skills (at least 1 new/experimental skill) 3. Introduce TDD culture to the team 4. Propose and introduce other tech-related culture 5. Make sure that each sprint delivers value to stakeholders. 6. Monitor and deploy features to production every sprint. 7. Analyze and document requirements for each sprint planning & retrospective Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research 2. Excellent communication skills 3. Mentorship and organizational abilities 4. Problem-solving and can do attitude 5. Minimum 4 years experience using Laravel and 3 years using NodeJS 6. BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
