  1. Responsibilities: 1. Key enabler for the high-performing organization 2. To ensure company's initiative, project and program success 3. Make sure all parts of organization towards the same directions & objective Key Duties: 1. Effectively prioritize and delegate projects across the organisation while ensuring technical feasibility 2. Identifies and develops project management methodology, best practices and standards 3. provide consultative services to internal project managers and departments 4. exercising moderate control of projects to ensure some level of consistency and standards. 5. In some instances, directly controlling projects. Ensuring that the projects have the highest level of project management expertise 6. Coaches, mentors, trains and provides oversight for project managers and staff Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree, all major 2. Min. 3 years of experience in the same position or in Strategy and Business Division 3. Preferably having experience in health-related sector (pharmaceutical, medical equipments, etc.) 4. Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred 5. Have the capability of negotiation, analytics, and finance metrics calculation 6. Strong commercial and business awareness 7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities 8. Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions 9. Able to thrive in agile and fast-paced environment 10. Fluency in business & active English is a must
