  1. Responsibilities: 1. effectively build the people and culture capability of the organization 2. lead and manage an effective human resources function to support management of the employee lifecycle Key Duties: 1. Develop and execute Klinik Pintar’s People and Culture strategy 2. Develop a robust culture through role modelling Klinik Pintar values which drive this culture 3. Ensure the people strategy and principles/guidelines come together in People and Culture action plan that is operationally implemented and lived up to 4. Ensure best practice, innovative methods and processes relating to the HR functions (recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, employee relations) 5. Provide leadership and supervise the performance of the People and Culture team by setting clear work objectives, assessing performance, providing feedback, and development and coaching to build employee capability. 6. Design and lead inspiring development and engagement initiatives that champion a high-performance culture which supports our mission and business objectives. 7. Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to maximise the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment to the desired culture 8. Contribute to the development and achievement of Klinik Pintar’s medium and long-term strategy, ensuring effective inclusion of key people and culture considerations 9. Internal and external organisational reporting (i.e. Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Business Plan KPIs, Executive Team Reporting, Board Reporting etc) Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource/related field 2. Min. 3 years of experience in HR managerial position is a must 3. Experienced in providing strategic and operational expertise in various HR Functions 4. Proven experience in building Organizational Culture from scratch 5.Project Management skills with the ability to set priorities and timelines. 6. great personality with the ability to connect with all levels of the organization. 7. Able to find common interests and build trust and partnership to reach common goals in a multi-age and diverse environment 8. In-depth knowledge of various HR functions (recruitment, compensation and benefit, etc.) 9. Strong guidance and counselling skills 10. Fluent in English
