Responsibilities:

Key duties
1. Develop a collaborative high-performing organisational culture by building employee and organisational capability through role modelling Klinik Pintar values and the behaviours.
2. Develop, implement and monitor systems, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and standards
3. Ensure best practice, innovative methods and processes relating to the recruitment, selection and onboarding
4. Design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics (e.g. annual employee engagement survey and exit interviews), to maximise the engagement of all employees and build organisational commitment to the desired culture
5. Provide leadership and supervise the performance of the People and Culture team by setting clear work objectives, assessing performance, providing feedback, and development and coaching to build employee capability.
6. High level analysis of key people data and trends in support of strategic priorities, advising an appropriate course of action as required.
7. Read and understand the broader business environment and provide expert and informed analysis and strategic advice to ongoing operations and expected decisions
8. Assist the Executive Team with planning, budgets and reporting, including evaluating People & Culture results and trends
9. Coach and support managers about people related topics (e.g. performance management and development, team development, change management).
Requirement & Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Human Resource/related field
2. 5 years of experience in HR Industry is required with min. 3 years in managerial position
3. Proven experiences of leading and inspiring a successful HR team in a people and service focused organisation would be an advantage
4. Significant experience of leading organizations/senior managers and teams through driving a performance culture and developing high performing leaders, employees and teams
5. Caring deeply about people and their success
6. In-depth knowledge of various HR functions (recruitment, compensation and benefit, etc.)

10. Fluent in English
