Responsibilities: - Generate Pricing Strategy - Monitor revenue related analysis & ideation Key Duties: - Ability to develop robust financial models (including pricing approaches) for new business products & services to ensure the commercial viability of new products & services - Analyze large amount of data from multiple sources (e.g. industry & market trends, competitor dynamics, healthcare infrastructure ecosystem and current events) to report as well as create revenue ideation - Source potential ecosystem partners for projects, market scanning & competitor analysis - Experience in bringing project proposals to gain alignment with internal stakeholders - Proven track record of driving collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business functions. Requirement & Qualifications: - 3 years of experience in Commercial - Bachelor’s degree in Management/Economic from top universities is required - Extensive knowledge in pricing and business modelling - Expert in creating feasibility study and business plan - Strong people management skills, with a collaborative mindset - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules and manage resources while focusing on team goals - Proactive in approach, self-starter and requires minimum supervision - Advance in Excel (financial modelling) and strategic planning tools - Fluent in English - Willing to be placed in Jakarta (70% WFO from our Head Office)
