   Responsibilities: Understand the business domain and be able to translate that understanding into technical specifications. Responsible for ensuring that the product vision is realized through excellence in technical and execution. Monitor and improve platform performance through research and/or regular maintenance and optimization. Acting as a mentor for Lead Engineers as well as team members. Key Duties: Implement technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals. Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantages. Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency Build quality assurance and data protection processes. Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology. Guide and improve team member’s skills related to the technology domain. Requirement & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head of Engineering or similar leadership role Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy Ability to conduct technological analyses and research Excellent communication skills Leadership and organizational abilities Strategic thinking Problem-solving and can do attitude Minimum 4 years experience using Laravel and 3 years using NodeJS BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
