   Responsibilities: 1. Define product vision, road-map, and growth opportunities 2. Maintain strong knowledge and update around the latest trend in related industries. 3. Do research & validation for new business ideas and collaborate it with customer insights. 4. Work closely with researchers to identify user needs. 5. Work closely with the Product Team (Medical, Design, Tech) to develop solutions that deliver delightful user experiences and that provide maximum value to clients. 6. Responsible for ensuring impeccable features and functionality of the product. 7. Responsible for the full product cycle, from conception to product launch and ongoing product iteration. 8. Own the product roadmap and manage the product backlog. 9. Help create and deliver technical content for the community such as documentation, tutorials, presentations, and workshops. 10. Lead the cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class user experiences Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Minimum 5 year of experience on technical division 2. Experience in the medical tech or healthcare industry is preferred 3. Experience taking features from a hypothesis to delivering value to real users. 4. In-depth knowledge of agile process and principles 5. Strong numerical and advanced analytics and Excel skills 6. Excellent attention to detail to ensure data accuracy 7. Demonstrate proactiveness and problem solving skills 8. A hands-on team player that thrives in fast-paced environment 9. Digital & technology savvy
