  1. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to establish Klinik Pintar IDI customers ecosystem 2. Responsible to build positioning & branding of Klinik Pintar’s brand to ensure all coverage target market (B2B, B2C, and Partners) 3. Responsible for managing and tracking performance and key results of marketing team Key Duties: 1. Build and oversees marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plans while ensuring compliance with regulations, 2. Leading and managing digital marketing, Facebook Ads, SEO, keywords optimization, and others to improve visibility and credibility through digital environment 3. Continously innovate and find a creative strategy with a variety of organic and owned acquisition channels like content creation, event development, lead generation campaigns, and many others 4. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget to balancing between cost and performance 5. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to generate insights and assess against goals to support improved marketing strategy and communications 6. Communicating with external parties such as 3rd party agencies, KOL/Influencers, etc. 7. Follow and analyze market trends and competitors activities Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Proven work experience in marketing &/or advertising area (at least 3+ years on managerial level or above) 2. Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing and branding campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate. Exposure to digital and direct response marketing 3. Solid knowledge of data analytics & performance management 4. Experiences with handling various role in Marketing area (branding, content, public relations, digital marketing) 5. A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication 6. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and branding
