  1. Responsibilities: 1. Develop the people function from the ground up i.e. recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development 2. Develop and monitor overall people strategies, initiatives, systems, and procedures across the organization. 3. Lead and manage the People Team including designing policies, procedures, and coordinating in the areas of recruitment, organisational development, training, performance management and industrial relations. 4. Nurture a positive working environment. 5. Oversee and manage HR compliance, audits and governance. 6. Developing and maintaining the company culture and employee branding. Requirement & Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in HR, preferably in the start up or tech industries. 2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 3. Strategic thinking, and executional abilities to set direction and shape future development 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Excellent people management and leadership skills - in recruitment, learning and development, coaching, conflict management and performance management 6. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
