Responsibilities: - Leverage sales from digital channel - Responsible to increase brand awareness Key Duties: - Manage and post core business-related content on social media platforms - Develop strategies that drive customers to the website - Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website - Create paid campaigns on social media platforms - Maintain consistent brand messaging and awareness throughout all platforms - Create email marketing to target key customers - Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign - Identify the latest social media trends Requirement & Qualifications: - 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Management/Communication is required - Extensive knowledge and proven experience in converting social media traffic into revenue and marketing campaign - Excellent in operating Google Ads and Analytics, as well as other social media ads tools - Strong people management skills, with a collaborative mindset - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment - Fluent in English - Willing to be placed in Jakarta (70% WFO from our Head Office)
